I want to show everyone what the difference in being flat vs full can make. This is a one day comparison of my client Kyle Mutchler from around 6 years ago who did a 440 carb load (all kids cereal) to do a trial run for his show the following week. He drank 2 gals water and had an extra 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt with all meals on top of normal salt intake to maximize fullness and glycogen storage. So if you have ever wondered what it looks like to be flat or full here’s a great comparison and feel free to share with friends who may wanna know. You can see chest and esp the shoulders and arms are way fuller the day after carbing up!-If you aren’t sure what carbing up will do, give it a trial run and look at pics the day after morning and again in the evening. If watery then do pics again 2 days after the load, morning and evening and find the best look and replicate for the show. Bulletproof peaking.
